FFCS is a community motivated organization which acts as an advocate, facilitator and coordinator to bring community development and preventative programs through education and support to individuals and families in need.
Below are the programs FFCS provides.
FFCS partners with many organizations locally and provincially and knows which of these organizations will respond to specific situations.
General family counselling is available part-time at the FFCS office and at locations around Flagstaff. Please make any appointments and inquiries through the FFCS office.
FFCS hosts monthly meetings of the front line human services workers to remain connected.
We have trained facilitators in budgeting, consumerism, banking, credit, and financial responsibility.
Assisting people actively living in their addictions.
These depend on availability of extra provincial or federal funding.
Do you need transportation to medical appointments? The Care-A-Van project provides families a vehicle and a driver to travel to medical appointments in urban centers. FFCS schedules the van.
This project is a partnership between FIRST and FFCS. By providing this program, we hope to alleviate the challenges of travelling to medical appointments in large urban centers.
